    Inverted Fluorescence Microscope MF51
    Inverted fluorescence microscope MF51 is constituted by inverted microscope and epi-fluorescence microscope. It is equipped with long working distance plan achromatic objectives and wide field eyepiece.In inverted observation, it is equipped with long distance plan phase contrast objective and super long working distance condenser with phase contrast device. During fluorescent observation, users can switch the excitation filter groups. The instrument has the features of clear image, wide field of view, compact structure, beautiful shape, comfortable to operate. MF51 is mainly applicable to micro observation of the living cells, tissue,liquid and dregginess in culture flask or dish. It can also be used the fluorescent micro observation of unstained transparent living body and fluorescence slice. MF51 is an ideal instrument for biology, cytology, oncology, genetics and immunology and widely used in the laboratories of universities, institutes and enterprises.

    Features of MF51 Inverted Fluorescence Microscope:
    • Equipped with wide field eyepiece, long working distance plan achromatic objective, big and clear view.
    • Coaxial coarse/fine focus system, tensional adjustable, with adjustment limit stop, minimum graduation in fine movement: 2μm.
    • Stage moving mechanism detachable. 
    • Equipped with phase contrast device, including super long working distance contrast condenser, phase contrast objectives and centering telescope.
    • Equipped with fluorescent device and four groups of fluorescent filters.
    • Transmitted illumination employs 6V 30W halogen lamp, brightness adjustable
    • Epi-fluorescence illumination employs 100W high-pressure mercury lamp, external power supply box.
