Description ofinside-illuminated photochemical reactor

TOPTION factory have got technical supports from many professors of SJTU and NTU in developing period. TOPT series is mainly applied to research gas / liquid phases, fixed / simulated visible light, could reaction vessel load TiO2, Photochemical reaction under conditions of photocatalyst and so on. This series can provides samples of analytical reacting product and free radical, and to measure reacting kinetic constant, quantum yield; it is widely used in fields of Chemosynthesis, environment protection, and life science, etc.
The main part of the Figure, including the main box, electrical control mercury lamp, xenon lamp electrical controllers, light, light source cooling to protect the cold trap,stirrer , glass reactor 250ml, 500ml ,1000ml (of course ,can customized all kinds of volumes). With wheeled cart.

TOPT-I type inside-illuminated photochemical reactor is included as followings
|
|
1, mercury lamp electrical controller for the control of 100W, 300W, 500W medium pressure mercury lamp working conditions;
2, xenon lamp electrical controller for the control of 100W, 300W, 500W or 1000W xenon lamp working conditions, (each TOPT-I ype photochemical reaction apparatus standard controller and mercury xenon lamp Electric appliance controller choose one);
3, mercury xenon lamp Electric appliance controller and the controller includes the total power supply, lamp selection, lamp power supplies;
4, all quartz glass light protection or improvement of the cold trap;
5, stirrer that meet TOPT-I type glass reactors.
6, rely on device can be used in addition to the main box, also equipped with factory production down pitch-type reaction table.
7. glass reactor can be choosed from 250ml , 500ml ,1000ml (of course ,can customized all kinds of volumes).
8. a wheeled cart.

Description of every parts
|
|
First, the main box
The main box is a series of photochemical reactor placed where light devices ,has the following characteristics:
Box of size 480mm × 420mm × 900mm, weighs about 29kg.
Inside the black box in order to reduce light reflection.
After the upper cabinets with cooling fan board, cabinets after the central board has "flow switch", can be realized off (cooling water) water alarm. After the bottom plate has two holes for the cooling water pipes, pipe and cable to connect the controller through.
Cabinets on the left there are three special socket for the box of the motor, lights and the "flow switch" to use the output plug.

Mercury lamp light-emitting part of the quartz tube, hand direct contact with pollutants,which affect the light intensity.Quartz commonly used outside a clean cotton cloth dampened with a small amount of alcohol, cleaning inside the use lotion.
