Principle
This ELISA microplate is coated with Simian herpes B virus (BV) recombinant antigen which was produced by genetic engineering, the BV antibodies existed in monkey serum or firstly react with the coated antigen, and then react with anti-Monkey IgG-HRP. If the above solution indicates color when meet with TMB, it means that serum or plasma contains BV antibody.
