BioGlow® UV Transilluminator/UV Lamps can be used for observing and imaging of DNA and RNA gels. It is an essential device for medical hygiene, bio-engineering, molecular biology, genetic studies and biological production, anti-counterfeit inspection, pharmaceutical production, criminal and forensic examination and verification.
Description
The BG series of products provide UV radiation with wave lengths of 365 and 254 nm or a combination of 254 and 365 nm. The A series of UV lamps represent a technological innovation in the evolutionary process of handheld UV lamps. Its built-in position device provides an innovative mode which automatically protects operators from exposure to UV radiation. This is a unique feature. These handheld UV lamps are used for detecting nucleic acids stained with fluorescent dyes such as ethidium bromide and acridine orange. The BioGlow® UV Handheld Lamps may be used to detect nucleic acids in several fields including molecular biology, biochemistry, medical and forensic examinations and biological preparations including observing fluorescence.
