The Nankai Furantoin Metabolite(AHD) Residue Rapid Test Kit is a rapid, one step test for the qualitative (or quantitative) detection of Furantoin Metabolite (AHD) Residue in meat tissues (chicken, pork, beef), seafood and fish at the detection limit of 0.5 ppb.

1. INTENDED USE

The Furantoin (AHD) Residue Rapid Test is used to qualitatively (or quantitatively) detect Furantoin Metabolite residue in meat tissues samples (chick, pork, beef….and so on) at the sensitivity of 0.5μg/kg (0.5 ppb) . The total assay time takes 60 minutes.

2. TEST PROCEDURE

1. Remove the Furantoin(AHD) Residue Rapid Test from sealed pouch.

2. Suck at least 3 drops of prepared sample, hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops of solution to the specimen well (S) of the test, and then start the timer. (See the illustration below.)

3. Wait for red bands to appear. The result should be read in approximately 3-5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 5 minutes.
