NE-100 Online Examination System which is used by schools, enterprises and training center is the software realizing the model of no paper exams. The software includes seven main functions: System Management, Examination Question Bank Management, Test Paper Management, Examination Management, Display of Student Number and Grade, Derivation and Printing. According to requirements of different teachers, the software is added the function of subjective questions on the basis of the previous function of only objective questions.
Performance Index
1. Local Area Network (LAN) Online Examination: All exam results are stored on the online examination server. Other soft wares are not essentially installed on the client. Exams can be taken only with an IE browser without installing client programs for each client.
2. System Management: Passwords are managed by custodian. Users can operate only after logging in the system preventing illegal users operating the examination system. The custodian can update passwords to avoid steal of passwords.
3. Examination Question Bank Management: It includes subject management, chapter management, guide-in examination question bank management, restoration and backup examination question bank. Every test in test paper management includes multiple-choice question, error recognition, cloze question, term explanation and short answer question. Pictures (BMP and JPG) and formulas can be inserted. Original examination question bank can be modified, added and deleted.
4. Test Paper Management: Test paper is generated in two methods(automatic and manual) and score of each test paper, exam code number, exam name and exam date can be all assigned. Unsatisfied place can be modified after test paper is generated. Test paper can be guide in WORD and then printed. It can be also taken as traditional exams.
5. Examination Management: It controls start of exams and stops exams when given time is up. Of course, you can end exams before the due time. Exams can be inquired and useless ones can be deleted. Student numbers and passwords can be generated in batches for relevant exams and printed to students. In order to prevent students cheating in exams, the system provides Password Management. Answers of test papers are stored to avoid power cut and crash. Subjective questions are guided out after students submit their papers through the server. Teachers can go over subjective questions at office or home through the manual grading program provided by the software. After grading, you can guide final scores in the server or directly guide out to EXCEL to preserve or print.
6. Student Answer: Test paper and timer function are displayed directly on the IE browser. Objective questions are graded automatically after students submit test papers. Then scores are displayed to students and automatically preserved on the online examination server.
7. Manual Grading: Ordinarily when teachers guide exam results out from the server after exams, the server program will generate an ACCESS document. Teachers can take this documents and go over test papers on any PC with the manual grading grogram.
