Requirement:
A lot of ink will be transferred during the printing. Due
to ink contains various complex organic solvent and
the viscosity is high, so metering and changing tubing
warning are required.
Solution:
We select the big torque drive ZT600 with YZ35 pump
head and 3.3 wall thickness organic solvent resistance
tubing, which can stably transfer different printing ink or
gloss oil.We develop specialized control software to
transfer with run metering and fixed volume and time,
it also can on-line alarm.
