Manufactured using BK-7 grade of optical glass or fused quartz of 0.06 or 0.13 micron, our range of optical flats is used for inspection of gauge blocks, mechanical seals, pump valves, auto parts, prisms, filters, mirrors and windows. The diameters of the raw material range from 25mm to 100mm. These optical flats are used to measure the flatness of unknown surfaces as a reference by means of property of interference.

The OQOPW20-C Parallel Window is parallel to less than 30 arc sec for minimal transmitted beam deviation. This 20mm diameter BK 7 window is 3 mm thick.For demanding applications, such as intracavity laser applications, holography, and multiphoton imaging, this window has a λ/4surface flatness and 40-20 scratch-dig significantly reducing unwanted scatter.
