Perfecta3D Hanging Drop Plates facilitate efficient formation of uniform-size spheroids with reduced consumption of media and reagents. The hanging drop size is securely confined by the geometry of the plate. This eliminates spreading, keeps the geometry of the hanging drop consistent, and provides robust and stable culturing conditions. A water reservoir, constructed around the periphery of the culture sites, alleviates the commonly encountered hanging drop evaporation problem. With media easily maintained from the top of the plate, Perfecta3D Hanging Drop Plates are suitable for long-term spheroid culture. In addition, the standardized 384-well plate format is also compatible with high-throughput screening instruments.
