The costones protein a analytical column is designed for rapid detection of monoclonal antibody (mAb) concentration (titer)
Design. The product uses the principle of affinity chromatography and the specific binding ability of alkali resistant recombinant protein a ligand and immunoglobulin Fc fragment to achieve accurate capture and quantification of antibodies in complex fermentation broth. Different from the traditional agarose matrix, prosep series uses highly crosslinked hydrophilic polystyrene divinylbenzene (psdvb) particles as the matrix:
High mechanical strength: high pressure resistance is significantly improved, supporting higher flow rate without deformation.
good mass transfer efficiency: it has higher dynamic binding flux (DBC) and significantly reduces the analysis cycle time.

Sugar analytical column
Sugar analytical chromatographic column is specially designed for efficient analysis of various polysaccharides, sugar alcohols and organic acids. Core Technology
Monodisperse psdvb matrix: two monodisperse polymeric microspheres with different crosslinking degrees are used, taking into account the excellent physical strength and optimized pore structure, ensuring a very long service life under high temperature and high pressure.
