SheerTainer™ Singe-use Bioprocess Bottles

The SheerTainer^TM single-use bioprocess polycarbonate (PC, polycarbonate) bottle is independently developed by the Duoning, with volume range of 5 ml – 20 L. The scale on the bottle body is blow-molded in one piece, which won’t fall off. The irradiation dose of the irradiated version is 25 kGy – 45 kGy, and the SAL can reach 10^-6. The strong thread design of the bottle mouth can effectively prevent leakage and ensure the tightness between the bottle cap and body. The applicable temperature range is -80°C~100°C, showing good heating and cooling stability, and can be used for cryopreservation, rethawing and transportation of biological products.

In addition, we can also assemble accessories such as silicone tubes, thermoplastic tubes, silicone integral injection molding parts, aseptic connectors with the bottles in a class C clean room, and provide gamma irradiation services. Therefore, according to the actual application needs, one-step product supply can be realized, and the time for assembly and cleaning validation can be effectively reduced.

Non-irradiated version is available, and the part number of the non-irradiated version is the part number of bottle of same volume but remove "G".

The product adopts double-layer vacuum packaging, with product identification on the packaging, and each batch can be traced and recorded.

For the non-irradiated version, the minimum order unit is “package”; for the irradiated version, the minimum order unit is ”box.”

The bottle body and cap are pre-assembled, and the default cap is airtight cap without HB connection.
