| Description | Rprotein A/G magnetic IP / CO IP kit is a kit that can efficiently complete immunoprecipitation (IP) and co immunoprecipitation (co IP) experiments. It contains high-performance rprotein A/G magpoly beads, which can realize fast and convenient magnetic separation. In addition, the optimized buffer in the kit provided good reaction conditions for the immunoprecipitation experiment and enhanced the stability of the immunoprecipitation experiment. The ligand of polymer magnetic beads is recombinant protein a/g (about 14 kDa), which has IgG binding domains of both protein A and protein G, and has a broader binding range of antibody subtypes. The elution methods of the kit are diverse. The immune complexes can be eluted from protein a/g magnetic beads with low pH eluent, or the immune complexes can be eluted under denaturing conditions with electrophoresis loading buffer for direct subsequent detection and analysis

(3) On the premise of ensuring the cleaning effect, if 1xLysis/Wash Buffer (Enhanced) is used for cleaning, it will cause a decrease in the binding effect between antibodies and media, or between antigens and antibodies. It is recommended to use 1xLysis/Wash Buffer for cleaning
(4) Magnetic beads should be stored in a storage solution to prevent dryness. Please mix thoroughly before use
(5) If elution is required under reducing conditions, add 1× Add DTT (final concentration 10-20 mM) to the electrophoresis loading buffer |
