Description

It is suitable for the hydrothermal synthesis of single crystal reactions, CO2 reduction, CO2 reduction to methanol, CO2 reduction to CH4, and NOx degradation. Catalytic reactions include the Fischer-Tropsch reaction, hydrogenation reactions, polymerization reactions, homogeneous reactions, and CO2 supercritical reactions, among others.

●Working temperature: TC4 titanium alloy / C-276 Hastelloy / 316L stainless steel, etc. The maximum working temperature can reach 450 ℃, and its control accuracy is ± 1℃. Special custom type with data computer acquisition connected to the program control type of the highest temperature up to 800℃, control accuracy: ± 1.5 ℃. Standard with a digital stirring device, a set of constant temperature heating device, a set of programme control software (optional). Pure titanium / 316L stainless steel / Hastelloy material three reaction kettle body for choice: oil bath heating / electric heating wire heating / heat conduction module heating (three choose one), two needle valves / ball valves, a pressure gauge (digital pressure gauge optional), a set of cooling coils, a set of 1.5 m stainless steel cylinder soft connection tube, 1.5 m gas phase analysis connecting tube set (optional) 0.5 m online sampling pipe A set of on-line sampling tube of 0.5m, and a set of TKA special spanner.

●Stirring speed, temperature are digital display 0-1700RPM, speed accuracy ± 2RPM, power supply: 220V, 50HZ, stirring power: 25W-100W with the model, heating power: 300W-1000W with the model standard. Thermal insulation layer: the use of aluminosilicate cotton vacuum shaped environmentally friendly thermal insulation body, insulation layer: the use of non-alkali glass fibre, insulation coefficient: relative humidity ≤ 35% ≥ 500 trillion. Working time: 96 hours of continuous work at a time.

The valves and fittings of the Magnetic High Pressure Reactor are European standard, and the interfaces are standard. The ball valve can be connected with the inert gas bottle for inert protection of experimental reaction, realising that the reactants do not come into direct contact with air.
