Principle
This kit utilizes uniquely designed micro-el ution centrifugal adsorption columns and an optimized gel dissolution buffer system. It achieves near-zero loss in e lution volume (complete el ution with 10 μL, or even as low as 3 μL ) and offers a high loading capacity of up to 10μg DNA. These advantages enable efficient recovery of DNA fragments ranging from 100 bp to 23 kb from TAE or TBE buffers, with recovery rates exceeding 80%. The kit is also suitable for direct purification of PCR products, enzyme-digested fragments, and other samples, supporting ultra-micro el ution.
Recovered DNA is compatible with routine applications, including enzymatic digestion, PCR, sequencing, library screening, ligation, and transformation.
