Introduction
K7 HiFi DNA Polymerase is an ultra-fast, high-fidelity DNA polymerase developed to deliver exceptional amplification efficiency, sensitivity, and broad template compatibility, with a fidelity 81-fold higher than that of conventional Taq DNA polymerase and an extension speed of up to 15 seconds per kilobase. K5 HiFi DNA Polymerase can efficiently amplify up to 40 kb simple templates (e.g. λDNA, plasmids), 20 kb complex templates (e.g. genomic DNA) and 10 kb cDNA. The polymerase exhibits high tolerance to PCR inhibitors, making it suitable for direct PCR from bacterial, fungal, plant, animal tissue, or whole blood samples. Please note that the amplified PCR products are blunt-ended, It is alsocompatible with TOPO cloning kits.

Notes for Operation
DNA Polymerase has a certain reactivity at room temperature, please prepare the PCR system on ice, and then place it on the PCR machine for the reaction. This can reduce non-specific amplification that occurs during the reaction preparation stage, and help to obtain highly specific amplification results.
