Plastic pipe material : PVC, silica gel, PE, PUR and other materials hose, inner and outer surface is smooth, the internal does not contain fiber or metal braided layer. Ideally, the wall thickness of the hose is 10-20 % of the outer diameter. The hose needs to be pressed to the bottom of the sensor measuring groove, so that the hose and the shell are in close contact to avoid loosening. If it cannot be in close contact, the ultrasonic signal cannot pass, and the bubble cannot be detected correctly. There is no need to use grease or other coupling agents for dry coupling between the hose and the sensor.
