Brucella Antibody Rapid Test Kit

PRINCIPLE
Quantitative or qualitative detection of brucella antibodies in serum, plasma or whole blood of cattle, sheep, dogs and pigs using a double antigen sandwich method can be used for quality assessment of vaccine immunity or as an aid in determining wild virus infection.

During detection, after the diluted sample is added to the test card spiking well, if an antibody to brucella is present in the sample, the antibody binds specifically to the colloidal gold-labeled brucella antigen (LPS), forming a complex that moves along the chromatographic membrane and is captured by the pre-encapsulated protein on the chromatographic membrane, forming a burgundy line at the location of the detection line (T-line). Excess colloidal gold marker chromatography flows through the C-line region, is captured by the anti-mouse secondary antibody in this region and forms a visible red C-line.

STORAGE AND STABILITY

1. Store in a light-proof, dry environment (2-30℃).

2. DO NOT FREEZE or use beyond the expiration date.

3. The shelf life is 18 months.

QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS
1. Sample dilution: Pipette 35ml (1drop) of the sample to be tested into a dilution tube and mix well for detection.
2. Test card restored to room temperature: The test should be carried out at 20-30℃. If the test card is stored in a refrigerator (2-8℃), equilibrate it in a room temperature environment for 30 min before ripping the packaging inside the aluminum foil bag to avoid abnormal measurement results due to moisture absorption.
3. Test card number: After preparing the sample to be tested, remove the required test card and mark the sample number on the card.
4. Dropwise sample reaction for 20 min: Aspirate 70 ml of the serum sample to be tested, drop it into the sampling hole and leave it horizontally for 20 min.
Note: 2-4 drops are usually required when using disposable straws.
5. Results: Strongly antibody-positive samples reacted quickly, and the results are observed for 20 min. If the C-line of the test card shows color, the experiment is valid; otherwise, it is invalid and we suggest retesting. T-line appears as positive; otherwise, it is negative.
