Chemical safety cabinet/ acid alkali storage cabinet/ corrosive safety cabinet can regulate management, orderly classify and store chemicals of different properties and hazardous grades, reduce the risk of disasters, reduce environmental pollution, and maintain the health of users.

Standard Config:
1. Three-point linkage double control locks: 1 pad lock+1 key lock.                                       
2. Two manual doors.                                                                                                             
3. one adjustable shelves(Epoxy Powder coated Zinc plate).                                               
4.  Optional: 
 PP leakage proof tray
 adjustable foot(3cm) design in the bottom to fit uneven floor.                                                       

Features            

• Double wall construction with 38mm insulating air space for fire resistance.
• Over 1.2mm thick, fully welded, construction holds squareness for longer life, offering greater protection in a fire.
• 5cm leak tight sump at the bottom of cabinet’s maximally catches incidental drips.
• Door can be fully opened to 180°, easy to operate, three-point latch with a manual lock for better security.
• Standardized warning label is highly visible and anticorrosive.
• Unique spill-catcher shelves catch incidental drips and adjust on 6cm centers.
• Durable and chemical resistant, lead-free powder coat is painted inside and outside cabinets, minimizing the effects of corrosion and humidity.
• 2 inches vents with integral flame arresters in both sides of every cabinet.
• In terms of OSHA, on outside side panel, there is built-in grounding static connector for easy grounding.

Packaging&Shipping
Because the Weight and Dimension are big, generally the lab benches, fume hoods or lab cabinets are going to be shipped by Sea;

They would be packed in cartons (FCL Sea transportation or Air transportation) or plywood boxes( LCL Sea transportation) in assembled or disassembled state.

Of course the sample or bulk order can be shipped by Air or Express(DHL, Fedex, EMS, UPS,TNT,etc) if you can accept the shipping cost!
