Features
Make Western Blot easy to go
To conduct Western blot experiments in a tranditional way, we usually use X-film exposure in the darkroom. Such method not only requires the researcher to anticipate the exposure time, but also touch the toxic regents inevitablely. Furthermore, the dynamic range of the X-film image is too narrow to show the weak and strong bands on the same image easily.
Extreme Sensitivity and high resolution
The system adopts 16 bit cooled CCD Camera, wich provides:
1. 6.05 Megapixel
2. Cooling temperature: -60℃ below ambient
3. Quantum Efficiency up to 75%
With F0.8 ultrafast lens, the system provides supreme high sensitivity.
Focus on Chemiluminescence application
SH-Compact 523 ECL imaging system is especially designed for chemiluminescence with ECL. It is suitable for ECL, ECL Plus, Western lightning and other luminescent substrates.
Easy update available
The system can be updated easily to a multifunctional imaging system, which is capable for gel documentation, fluorescent imaging application.
