【Use Method】:
1. Check the integrity of product packaging before use. It is forbidden to use if the package is
damaged or liquid in the tube leaks.
2. Take sterile swabs, and collect corresponding tissue specimen according to relevant
test specifications, or refer to the following collection methods：
a）Nasal swab：Insert the swab tip into the nasopalatine part of the nasal canal, stop for a
while and slowly turn it to exit, then swab the other nostril with another swab.
b）Throat swab：Wipe bilateral tonsils and posterior pharyngeal wall with swab.
c）Tissue specimen：Rub and collect tissue specimen with a swab.
d）Sampling of mycoplasma, chlamydia and Ureaplasma：
(1). Male：Insert the sterile swab into the urethra to 2cm, rotate and take
it out after several seconds.
(2). Female：Remove the mucus from the cervix, insert a sterile swab into the
endocervical for 1-2cm and take the specimen out.
3. Screw off the tube’s cap, break the swab tip collected with specimen and discard the
hand-contact part, immerse the swab tip in the preservation fluid, immediately cover the tube
tightly with the tube cap.
4. Identify sampling information according to test specifications.
5. Freshly collected clinical specimen should be transported, tested or inoculated and separated
within 48 hours at 2-8 ℃. If it is not delivered to the laboratory within 48 hours, it shall be
frozen and stored at -70℃.
