Principle.

Caine parvovirus( CPV) Ag + Caine coronavirus (CCV) Ag Combined Rapid Test is based on sandwich lateral flow immunochromatographic assay for the qualitative detection of CPV and CCV in sample. When sample is applied into the sample hole on the device, the liquid will laterally flow on the surface of the test strip. If there is enough CPV antigen or CCV antigen in the sample, a visible T band will appear in the corresponding testing window. The C band should always appear after a sample is applied, indicating a valid result. By this means, the device can accurately indicate the presence of CPV antigen or CCV antigen in the sample.

Procedure

1)Use swabs collect fresh feces samples, or directly collect from the rectum. For screening CPV and CCV in dogs without diarrhea, Collect sample from rectal not feces.

2)Insert the swab into the buffer tube immediately. Rotate the swab repeatedly on the tube wall at least 10 times and mix the solution to dissolve the sample as much as possible in the solution. Extrude the swab on the test tube wall to allow the fluid to be squeezed out as much as possible and discard the swab.

3) If the there have stool particles larger, you can let stand for 1-2 minutes, let large particles precipitate.

4)Remove the test device from the foil pouch, and place it on a flat and dry surface.Using the disposable dropper provided,Add 5 drops of sample into each well marked “S” on the device.

5)As the test begins to work, you will see purple color move across the result window in the center of the test device. If the migration has not appeared after 1 minute,you can press areas between " sample hole" and "T line" , help liquid release.

6) Read the test results within 10 ~ 15 minutes, Invalid result after 15 minutes
