Introduction
This product is an MMuLV reverse transcriptase that has been cloned and expressed by genetic recombination technology and whose heat-resistant temperature has been raised to 45°C. Wild-type M-MuLV contains RNase H activity that catalyzes the degradation of RNA in DNA/RNA hybrids, and therefore may degrade the template RNA in RNA/DNA hybrids during the synthesis of the first strand of the cDNA. The RNase H activity of the enzyme M-MuLV (RNase Hˉ) is deficient and the heat-resistant temperature is high. Compared with M-MuLV, it has stronger elongation and stability and can be used for longer cDNA synthesis and a high percentage of full-length construction of cDNA library, etc.
