Introduction
This kit uses a unique centrifugal adsorption column to recover DNA fragments from TAE or TBE agarose gels to meet a variety of experimental needs. The sol solution contains a pH indicator, which can be used to determine if the sol recovery is optimal. Using this product can recover DNA fragments 100bp-8kb size, and the recovery rate is up to 80%.
The DNA recovered using this kit can be used for a variety of routine operations, including enzymatic digestion, PCR, sequencing, library screening, ligation and transformation experiments.
