Animal avoid dark experiment video analysis system

This device is designed that utilizing mice/rat habits of like dark and hide shine,half part is dark and other half is shine and uses a hole to connect.Dark room bottom have electricity copper barrier,when animal enter dark room that it will accept electric shock.This experiment simply to do,the more response box and the more training animals.Base on incubation period and error times as indicator,smaller animals difference,it has a high sensitivity for memory process especially memory reappearance.

This experiment is widely used on study of memory function, cognitive neuroscience, neurophysiology, neuropharmacology, cognitive function degeneration and other experimental research,easy to operate and recognize result,higher credibility.It can as a detection experiment that provide subject parameter separately,it can also as an auxiliary or pre-screening  experiment for other learning memory and cognitive function experiment.

This system is an analysis system that base on video tracking,the system is base on video system,computer,machine as hardware base,during experiment that don’t need to make special signal on experimental animals.The software recognition algorithm adopts the search technology of trajectory prediction, local and global,it can track and record experimental animals(mice/rat)position freely,the system is open and scalable,result can export into Excel,and the processing of histogram \ curve \ trajectory,easy for user to analysis and handle in SPSS,SAS and other biologic analysis statistics software.
