principle of test
The Enrofloxacin (ENR) ELISA Test Kit is based on a competitive colorimetric ELISA assay.
The Enrofloxacin antibody has been coated in the plate wells. During the analysis, sample is added along with the Enrofloxacin-horseradish peroxidase (Enrofloxacin -HRP) conjugate. If the Enrofloxacin residue is present in the sample, it will compete for the Enrofloxacin antibody, thereby preventing the Enrofloxacin-HRP from binding to the antibody attached to the well, last, take caloration with TMB substrate. The samples A value is an inverse relationship with ENR residue content. Lastly, compared with the standard curve can be concluded the ENR residues in sample.
