PCC compressible chromatographic column
PCC chromatography column is an easy to fill empty chromatography column used for bottom pressure column chromatography, with a maximum pressure of 6 bar (90 psi).
The PCC air chromatography column has stable pressure and is easy to fill, making it suitable for medium to high pressure liquid chromatography.
Pressure stability: can withstand a pressure of 60 bar (0.6 MPa, 90 psi)
Multifunctional: Dual joints and axial compression can achieve various column bed heights and chromatographic column filling schemes
Specification selection: optional options include o.d.16mm and o.d.26mm, with lengths of 20,30,40,70100cm
Scalability: The PCC chromatography column series facilitates reliable process amplification and is suitable for the research and application of protein samples such as antibodies, fusion proteins, vaccines, viruses, etc
Highly flexible: 2 compression heads can be selected, which can be used within a larger range of column bed height.
