The ProZ stand provides an impressive range of travel (254 mm) as well as a resolution of just 0.25 microns. The ProScan Z is compatible with a number of microscope modules, including the Nikon SMZ18/25, the AZ100, the Nikon LV, the MVX-10 and the BX2 and BX3. Multiple configurations are possible depending upon the exact application, making the ProZ an excellent choice for customised inspection systems for samples that cannot be analysed within a conventional microscopy set up.
