The Prep96 is a fully automated homogenizing workstation, designed to eliminate bottlenecks and

increase throughput in your lab. Its robust design enables walk away homogenization processing of 

up to 96 samples per run. 

 

With the Prep96, you can increase the reproducibility of analyte extraction by removing the variability 

associated with manual homogenization procedures. Homogenization with disposable Omni Tips™

 virtually eliminates cross-contamination. 

 

Sample volumes of 200µL - 30mL can be homogenized using 7mm Hybrid Probes or Omni Tip™ 

Plastic Homogenizer Probes.

 

Omni Tips™ can completely eliminate cross contamination as well as the time consuming 

cleaning step associated with use of stainless steel generator probes. Omni Tips™ are 

so tough they can homogenize frozen tissue and may be disposed of, reused, or autoclaved.
