Principle & Application
Sulfite was once used as a preservative and leavening agent in food. However, due to its strong toxicity, it was classified as disable preservative. Sulfite Rapid Test Kit is developed based on  the iodometric method, can be used to detect Sulfite in the food sample directly, easy, fast and accurate to operate.
The detection range  is: 10 - 200 mg/L in terms of SO₃^{2 -}for the samples.
