A jacketed glass nutsche filter is a kind of laboratory reactor system designed for carrying out chemical reaction, mixing, washing, distillation and filtration processes within a vessel.

Basic Technical Specifications:

1. Volume: 100ml,200ml, 500ml, 1L, 2L, 3L, 5L, 10L, 20L, 30L, 50L, 100L, for the laboratory scale, pilot plant and big industrial production scale. 

2. Vessel: Single wall, double wall or triple wall available

3. Working pressure: Full vacuum to 0.05Mpa

4. Working temperature: -80°C ~ +220°C

5. Filter device: PTFE, glass or stainless-steel sand core plate with pore size 0.1um to 200um and PTFE filter plate with filter cloth structure.
