Borax was once used as a preservative and leavening agent in food. However, due to its strong toxicity, it was classified as disable preservative.
The kit can be used in detection of borax and boric acid in various pork, beef, fish, shrimp meatballs, meat fillings, flavor snacks fillings, pastries, snacks, rice dumplings, rice noodles, etc.
