Adopt membrane filtration method, composed by HTY-100 microorganism test device and S60 incubation kits. HTY-100 microorganism test device has equipped an in-built vacuum pump, which makes inside & outside vacuum power available. During test, the microorganisms in the sample are trapped in the membrane by filtration. Culture the membrane in specific conditions force the microorganisms grow to visible colonies, count the colonies to get the total plate count of the sample.
