The H116 precision motorised stage for microscopy has a travel range of over 215 x 216 mm. Fully compatible with a wide range of upright microscopes the H116 can easily accommodate wafers up to 200 mm in diameter, or samples up to 25kg in weight. The H116 stage is exceptionally precise, with a minimum step size of 0.04 microns and a repeatability of +/-0.7 microns and the accuracy of the H116 stage is enhanced by Prior’s patented Intelligent Scanning Technology (IST). Precision can be further improved with the addition of 100 nm encoders for applications requiring the very highest precision.
