Explain: KYKY-3800B computerized SEM is a new generation of SEM with advanced computer technology, marking a breakthrough from panel controlled SEM to fully computerized SEM. With all operations based on Windows interfaces operational with a mouse, a user may conduct all controls of electron lens cone and electro-pneumatic controller. Besides, its automatic adjustment and compensation functions as well as fully automatic brightness and contrast adjustment and stigmata simplify the complicated operations of SEM. A user, once after a general training, may grasp the knowledge about all operations to achieve satisfactory test result. Thanks to its rich Windows resources, the SEM can directly export the test report with text, image and graph, and consequently reduce operational errors and improve work efficiency dramatically.
