Glyphosate Rapid Test Kit for Soybean, Corn, Fruit & Grain
Fast On-Site Screening for Glyphosate Residue Risk Before Processing or Export
Glyphosate residue control is becoming an important risk point for grain processors, feed mills, food manufacturers, and fruit exporters.
For buyers, the real problem is often not testing itself, but finding the risk too late.
If a high-risk batch of soybean, corn, fruit, or raw material is discovered only after production, packing, shipment, or buyer inspection, the cost can be much higher than routine screening.
Our Glyphosate Rapid Test Kit is designed to help QC teams screen residue risk quickly at the front end of the supply chain.
It is suitable for:
* Raw material intake inspection
* Grain and feed processing control
* Soybean and corn batch screening
* Fruit export pre-shipment screening
* Routine food safety risk management
⸻
Main Application Matrices

Why Buyers Use This Kit
Fast Screening Before Costly Decisions
The kit helps identify potential glyphosate residue risk before raw materials enter production or before export shipment.
Suitable for High-Volume Daily Testing
It is designed for routine screening, not only occasional laboratory comparison.
Simple Operation
The workflow is practical for field use, packing houses, factories, and QC teams with basic training.
Lower Testing Cost
Rapid screening helps reduce unnecessary laboratory workload by identifying which batches need further confirmation.
⸻
Optional Reader-Assisted Analysis
For customers who need more objective result interpretation, the kit can be used with a dedicated reader.
The reader can help provide:
* Clear POSITIVE / NEGATIVE interpretation
* Semi-quantitative reference values
* Digital record support
* Better traceability for QC documentation
This is an optional upgrade for professional users and larger QC systems.
⸻
What Makes Us Different
Many suppliers can provide a rapid test strip.
Our difference is that we support the product with a complete technical system:
* In-house R&D
* Large-scale manufacturing
* Colloidal gold rapid screening technology
* Independent laboratories equipped with LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS systems
This means we can verify whether rapid screening results are consistent with laboratory reference methods, instead of only selling test kits without validation support.
In validated applications, our colloidal gold rapid test systems have shown ≥95% agreement with LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS reference methods.
This supports product optimization, matrix validation, and long-term reliability in real agricultural applications.

KIT CONTENTS
-SmarKIT Glyphosate
Rapid Test (40/50 tests /kit)
-PBST Buffer (1 bottle/kit, 30ml)
-Buffer A (1 bottle/kit, 15ml)
-Packing Insert (1 set /kit)
TEST PROCEDURE
Read the entire procedure carefully before performing any test.
Keep the test kit and reagent at room temperature(20℃~30℃) before testing.
1. Prepare samples according to chapter 7 (Sample preparations).
2. Remove the Glyphosate
Rapid Test from sealed pouch.
3. Hold the dropper vertically and transfer 3 full drops(around 100µL) of solution to the specimen well (S) and then start the timer.
4. Wait for red bands to appear. The result should be read in approximately 3-5 minutes. Do not interpret results after 5 minutes.
Reading results
Negative:
The Test Line (T) is the same as or darker than the Control Line (C). It is negative.
POSITIVE:
The Test Line (T) is lighter than the Control Line (C), or there is no Test Line. It is positive.
INVALID: Reference Line fails to appear.
Insufficient specimen volume or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely reasons for an invalid result.
Review the procedure and repeat the test with a new test kit. Stop using the test kit immediately if the problem is not solved and contact your local distributor.
