Abbkine Colorcode Prestained Protein Marker is a mixture of ten (10) blue, orange and green stained proteins (10, 17, 25, 33, 40, 53, 70, 95, 130, 180kDa) for use as size standards in protein electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and Western blotting. The Marker contains one orange reference band at 70kDa and one green band at 10kDa.

Abbkine Colorcode Prestained Protein Marker (10-180 kDa) has below features:
• Optimized for SDS-PAGE and Western blotting. 
• Prepared in 1×SDS-PAGE loading buffer. Use directly without boiling, diluting or adding reducing agent. 
• Suggested volume of the Marker onto the gel: Mini-gel, 5µL per well (0.75-1.0mm thick or 1.5mm thick). Large gel, 10µL per well (0.75-1.0mm thick or 1.5mm thick).
