When excited by 633 nm or 635 nm laser, it can produce brighter fluorescence spectra compared to Alexa Fluor 647 and other similar dyes, which makes it have better effect of protein staining. In addition, AbFluor™ 633, succinimidyl ester has super light stability, so it is more suitable for the confocal and single molecular imaging detection.
