The CAP-AUTO series of fully automatic online atmospheric plasma cleaners introduced by CIF integrates a single-axis module with a rotary spray plasma unit. The spray height is adjustable, and the motion trajectory can be customized according to specific requirements. Loading and unloading are facilitated through chain or belt drive systems, enabling seamless integration with upstream and downstream processes, thereby achieving efficient plasma cleaning treatment of products on the production line.

Application

The fully automatic online atmospheric plasma cleaning system is used for pre-treatment in printing, coating, and dispensing on mobile phone housings; surface modification of screens; cleaning connectors; and screen and transfer printing in industrial applications. It improves material wettability, enhances adhesion and bond strength, and removes organic contaminants, oils, and greases.

Supports single- or double-sided plasma processing with stepper motor drive for stable, efficient operation; features a belt/chain conveyor system that ensures smooth running and seamless integration with upstream and downstream processes.

  • High-performance nozzle and generator configuration

It features third-generation imported alloy rotating nozzles that are heat- and oxidation-resistant with a long service life. After aging treatment and frequency calibration, they achieve optimal resonance with the equipment's signal system, significantly increasing processing area and efficiency compared to traditional single-point direct spray systems. The plasma generator has adjustable power, an external excitation oscillation circuit, and automatic frequency tracking for stable performance and over 10% higher output.

  • Safety protection and convenient maintenance design

It features integrated ceramic insulation for reliable, safe operation; includes a safety protection and self-check system that automatically alerts and resolves abnormalities to enhance maintenance efficiency; equipped with a safety shield and a transparent acrylic window for operator protection and real-time process monitoring.

  • Environmental protection and structural optimization design

It features a top exhaust system that quickly removes processing gases, ensuring a clean workshop environment; the built-in control cabinet simplifies the structure, enhances appearance, and saves installation space.
