TOPT series of ultrasonic homogenizer mainly used in oil emulsion distributor, chemical process emulsified oil or other materials, micro emulsion, can also be used for light industry, nano-materials, food and pharmaceutical sectors such as liquid handling.

Key Features
    1.material shaped ultrasonic emulsification device is high power ultrasonic transducer of the ultrasonic horn immersed in the liquid reaction, so that sound energy directly into the reaction system, without going through the wash tank reactor wall to pass. The advantage is the ability to a large number of energy directly to the reaction medium, efficiently make the electrical energy into mechanical energy, and can change the transmission to the transducer to control the rate of ultrasonic energy
     2.The product scalability. (1) optional water cooling unit, cooling water circulation devices and constitute a special double glass reactor cooling water circulation system to realize -5-100 ℃ temperature range of any point the precision temperature control, avoid high temperature caused by samples of tissue damage, compared with the traditional ice bath cooling is more convenient and accurate. (2) optional magnetic stirrer. By stirring the sample can be processed to improve the emulsification rate of treatment was better.
