It is not only suitable for the preparation of high-titer recombinant adenovirus, but also suitable for the preparation of virus DNA, DNA terminal protein compound and soil sample. Now it becomes to be the indispensable tool in CHIP (Chromatin Immunoprecipitation) research. As a utility type, it also can be used as an ordinary ultrasonic disruptor, touches with the sample to make sound energy directly into the reaction system, rather than through the wall of cleaning tank. Its advantage is can deliver a quantity of energy to the reaction medium, effectively transfer electrical energy into mechanical energy, and can control ultrasonic energy by changing the amplitude of the transducer.
