This product is an agitated liquid distribution system independently developed and produced by our company. High precision servo system is used to control the lifting of the mixing arm, which can be compatible with various volumes such as 200L, 500L, 1000L, etc., and better mixing effect can be achieved in each volume of working mode. Optional temperature electrode and RTD module can monitor the temperature of solution in real time. The alarm temperature can be set in HMI. When the upper and lower limits of the alarm set are exceeded, the sound and light alarm will be issued, and the alarm will be recorded in the database, traceable. Optional electrical conductivity online detection module, real-time transmission of electrical conductivity data to the man-machine interface. The product is equipped with a hand operator, with data analysis, storage, backup, user management and other functions, easy to operate, beautiful interface, hand operator and controller through the cable soft connection, in the connection range, the operator can walk around at will, while observing other required information, and is not restricted by the HMI placement position. The product is designed according to the requirements of GMP, which has the characteristics of small occupation area, convenient installation and disassembly, and can be flexibly transferred to the production site according to the needs of production.
