It is designed as a reactor for conducting controlled chemical or physical processes within a lab setting, and crucially, it is fully custom-built to meet the user’s precise specifications for volume, pressure, temperature, ports, agitation, and other critical parameters.

Enables reactions and processes that require pressurized environments (e.g., gas-liquid reactions, solubility studies, hydrothermal synthesis, catalysis). 

Requires robust design, specialized seals (e.g., metal C-rings), and strict adherence to safety standards.

Basic Functions:

1. Volume: 5/10/20/25/30L (customizable）
2. Material: 316L (other special materials customizable)
3. Structure: reactor lid is fixed, vessel can be lifted and tilted.
4. Heating method: electrical heating or jacket circulating oil heating.
5. Temperature: RT-300°C (customizable)
6. Pressure: -0.1~10MPa (customizable)
7. Agitation Method: mechanical stirring.
8. Interfaces on the lid: temperature sensor, pressure gauge & rupture disc, gas inlet, vent, spare port,
9. Power Supply: AC220V, 50HZ/60HZ
10. Control: Touch screen control, PID self-tuning temperature control.

1. Isobaric Feeding: Add liquid reactants during reaction (controlled total volume)
2. High-Pressure Feed Pump: Introduce liquid reactants during reaction (precise flow rate control)
3. Gas Mass Flow Meter: Accurately measure cumulative gas flow and instantaneous flow rate
4. Built-in Cooling Coil: Enables rapid internal reactor cooling
5. Condenser: Provides condensation reflux or solvent recovery functionality
6. Process sampling function: rapid sampling and analysis during the reaction process.
