Main Description
This vacuum continuous boiler, which consists of dosing pump, pipeline & fittings dissolving pot, storage tank, pre-cooker, is mainly used for vacuum cooking sugar to produce different candies, such as hard candy, lollipop candy, soft candy, etc. Currently, the max cooking capacity has been updated to 600kg/h.
Working Principle
Vacuum cook the pre-cooked sugar syrup pumped by pumping system to elimate extra moisture.
