BIOER s SL-6040A Gene Lab is a“turn-key”gene analysis laboratory.It provides users with a convenient and economical way to establish an area-segregated nucleic acid amplification laboratory.The laboratory consists of three individual work areas,each with its own segregated air supply and buffered entry area.
Features: ·Fully engineered systems allow rapid installation and address air flow and sample handling requirements. ·Complete laboratory installation plus procedures for operation-includes SOPs and quality documents designed by experts providing a quick start toward development of your own customized procedures for analysis, quality control, maintenance and regulatory compliance. ·Laboratory partitions are constructed of high quality aluminum alloy hardware with steel support walls. ·Laboratories are supplied complete with built-in work surfaces, interior lighting, air filtration systems, sample handling airlocks and a fully plumbed preparation sink. They are fully wired with electrical, telephone and computer network connections. ·A sophisticated contamination control system-comprised of segregated work areas with individual air-handling. These areas are well-designed to reduce the possibility of sample contamination.
Measures For Anti-Contamination: Segregated work areas with independent air pressure control: Three segregated sample handling areas are provided by the Gene Lab SL-6040A: ·Reagent Preparation-Typically a no-copy environment in which reagents are prepared prior to the input of target genes. ·Sample Preparation-Samples are prepared for amplification and transferred by airlock to the amplification area. ·Amplification Area-The equipment required for amplification is housed in this high-copy area. The air pressure in each lab area can be independently adjusted to prevent aerosol contamination.Twin-doored entry chambers allow users to change gowns and shoe covers upon entering or exiting a critical work area.
①Set as standard three areas and air pressure is adjustable: Divide PCR procedure into three absolute experimental areas, as reagent preparation, sample preparation and PCR amplification detection. Set a buffer area for every experimental area. At the same time, protect the reagents and samples in the whole PCR laboratory from aerosol contamination and reduce the amplification products contamination to personnel and environment by adjusting each area's air pressure. ②UV lamp for disinfections: There are UV lamps on the three experimental areas and three buffer areas' ceiling and in the transfer windows used as disinfections. Also there are mobile UV lamps in the reagent preparation area and sample preparation area used to disinfections for experimental desks.
③Secure electronic airlock for sample transfer: An electronic transfer window prevents contamination during sample transfer between work areas. The airlock system segregates sample/material flow from the personnel flow. ④Air exhaust pipe system: Independently adjustable vents allow the control of air flow and exhaust in each of the three work areas. Positive air pressure can be maintained in each chamber independently to protect against particulate and aerosol contamination. ⑤Safe and hermetic: The laboratory is based on a modular aluminum frame with steel washable support walls and glass windows.Precisely sealed joints around walls and windows prevent sample contamination.
Design Considerations: Overall layout is in good style, establishments are self-contained, arrangement is reasonable. Intend to provide a well-lighting and comfortable working environment.
Installation requirements: ①The minimum installation space for a Gene Lab is 6.0×4.5×3.0 meters (L×W×H) ②The floor should be flat with a variance of less than 5 mm /2M. ③Preliminary site preparations must include: ·Installation of vent ductwork for positive airflow system ·Wiring for 220V/110V, 50 Hz, 5 kW ·Plumbing connections for water and drains ·Connections for network and telephone wiring
