    The GL45 Mobile phase bottle Safety Caps are available in a variety of combinations regarding the number of ports and tubing size, ranging from 1/16” OD up to 1/4” OD, as standard options.  
    We also have the ability to accommodate custom request, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with your request!
    Our mobile phase screw caps are made from high quality polypropylene and Poly (butylene terephthalate) (PBT) with machined PTFE centers. PBT GL45 cover with temperature resistance of 180℃
    Straight-through connection for various diameters of semi-rigid tube e.g.PTFE,ETFE,FEP.
    Tubing lines are held in place with secure finger tight fittings, and will no longer become tangled upon removal of the cap because of the 2-part design (threaded portion spins independently of the center). 
    There is an additional O-ring between the PTFE body center and cap surface to ensure no evaporation. 
    PTFE silicone composite gasket adopts non-adhesive bonding process. Has no toxicity; Good chemical inertness
    The excellent resilience of silicone gasket can provide better protection for the needle of the automatic sampler.
    Anti-twist design
    The anti-twist design allows the PTFE body to spin freely within the outer cap.
    This means no more twisted tubes when the cap is fitted or removed and no need to disconnect fluid lines before unscrewing the cap. To prevent twisting of tubing when the cap is removed or attached,the inner body rotates independently of the outer collar.
    Material
    The solid PTFE inner body provides the highest chemical inertness. In normal use,the outer cap is not wetted.
    All caps are rated for continuous use at 50℃ and can be autoclaved.
    Closed System Design Option
    Reduce chemical evaporation and exposure to hazardous vapors with CFDPLAS solvent reservoir caps.
    Combine with secure fluid connections and CFDPLAS air inlet or relief valves to maintain pressure equilibrium within the bottle.
    Chemically Compatible
    Constructed of inert PTFE,the body of the cap provides ideal chemical compatibility with laboratory solvents.
    Under normal use,the outer Polypropylene collar is non-wetted. Caps may be autoclaved to 140℃.
    PBT (butylene terephthalate) GL45 cover with temperature resistance of 180℃,used on high temperature resistance case.
