Working Principle
The material to be separated enters the high-speed rotating centrifuge bowl through the feed pipe; under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid passes through the filter cloth and the perforations in the bowl,
is thrown against the inner wall of the casing, and is discharged via the liquid outlet pipe, while solid particles are retained within the bowl, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation.
Centrifuge Main Structure:
Base assembly: Features a flat-plate design with a low center of gravity, ensuring stable operation; the flat plate serves as an operating platform, facilitating ease of use and maintenance; the casing and base are rigidly connected (welded) to form a fully load-bearing structure; designed with minimal sanitary dead zones for easy cleaning; simple structure with few wear parts; utilizes a four-point vibration-damping support system equipped with liquid-damped shock absorbers;
Large, sealed, flip-top lid assisted by balancing cylinders: The lid is equipped with a feed pipe, a wash pipe, an inspection port (tempered glass with excellent sealing), and an explosion-proof light, allowing for the observation of internal operations without opening the lid; features a reliable sealing system and a balancing-cylinder opening mechanism with spring assistance; sealing components are made of silicone rubber.
