Usage	1. Tissue sample: Add 100ul of this product every 10mg for tissue lysis3. Centrifuge the collected sample at 10000-14000 rpm at 4 ℃ for 10 minutes, and take the supernatant (it is recommended to centrifuge the tissue lysate twice)<4. Take the supernatant for BCA total protein concentration measurement and complete the subsequent operation.
