The specifications include standard D25, D75, and D50, with effective growth surface areas of 25, 75, and 150 square centimeters, respectively.
Compared with traditional ordinary culture bottles, this new series of culture bottles can be sterilized and reused multiple times. The bottle body material is made of non-toxic and corrosion-resistant materials, which can withstand high temperature and high pressure sterilization at 125 degrees Celsius multiple times, and can easily achieve 100% filling of culture medium, low shear force, and bubble free culture. It is suitable for almost all 3D culture, dynamic culture, etc., which is an innovation of traditional culture bottles. In addition to the above advantages, this series of new culture bottles also have:
1. The cell growth layer is made of ultra white glass and can be disassembled. The cells can be directly transferred for microscopic examination without digestion;
2. A larger silicon-based gas exchange membrane with a diameter of not less than 20mm can effectively improve the gas exchange level between the culture chamber and the outside world;
3. A large feeding port with a diameter of not less than 8mm is combined with a shorter distance between the feeding port and the growth surface, with a minimum distance of only 5mm, making it convenient for addition or sampling;
