l18-gauge steel double-wall construction with 1.5" (38mm) of insulating air space for improving fire safety;

high quality steel plate with thickness of 1.0-1.2mm are spot welded, which has a longer service life and better fire resistance;

l The whole cabinet are sprayed with epoxy resin paint, which has strong corrosion resistance;

l Three-point self-latching, easy close doors with double key set, meeting the requirements of double people double lock safety management.

l Continuous piano type hinges makes door closure smoothly and easily, durable.

l The unique corrosion-resistant bearing galvanized shelf can be adjusted freely up and down.

l The 5cm high leak-proof liquid tray can prevent accidental liquid from overflowing;

l Dual vents(1 in the lower left corner and 1 in the upper right corner of the cabinet) with flame arresters to prevent fire risk;

l Warning labels in line with international standards

l In strict accordance with OSHA, built-in grounding connector prevents static build up.

l The top and back of the cabinet are designed as gas pressure release points to relieve the pressure from splashing around in the event of an explosion;

l Non-standard customization can be made according to the qty of specific storage drums to meet the actual needs;

l Optional:

1) The safety alarm device can be installed optionally, in the event of an accident, it will automatically sense to send alarm to eliminate hidden dangers timely.

2) 3-inch, 4-inch, 5-inch heavy-duty polyurethane casters (2 directional, 2 universal) can be installed optionally to facilitate the movement of explosion-proof cabinets;
