Action mechanism
Improved matrix effect: The hydrophilic - hydrophobic balance regulates the viscosity and surface tension of urine samples to reduce interference from non-target substances (such as salts and metabolites).
Enhanced sensitivity: promotes efficient binding of colloidal gold labeled antibodies to target antigens, reducing signal loss caused by particle aggregation.
Reduce the background color: inhibit the non-specific adsorption of colloidal gold (such as impurities in the nitrate cellulose film or samples), optimize the signal-to-noise ratio.
Stable colloidal gold: Through the hydrophobic chain and colloidal gold surface bonding, hydrophilic chain to form a steric hindration, prevent particle aggregation.
The final concentration is recommended to be 0.01%-0.2% (gradient optimization required).
